Items you will need when you meet with your advisor:

  1. Two copies of your transcript.  These can be printed from the UNO Registrar's web site.  One copy is for your advisor's file and the other is for your records.

  1. Your copy of your course worksheet and the prerequisite flow chart.  These will be updated during your advisement session.

  1. The Registration Advisement Record form.  This form is available in PKI 100.  Complete the top portion and the information on the courses you plan on taking.

  1. A pen or pencil.

Determine who has been assigned as your advisor.  The list is posted in the right column or is available from the secretary.  Faculty have been instructed not to advise students who are assigned to other advisors.  The schedule of when advisors are available is posted on the web site and in the departmental offices.
